It's Canada Day

July 1st: Canada Day - Yes, this is a real thing (for all of you Americans that don't know about it).. it's similar to Independence Day. Since joining this blog-world, I find I'm often asked ridiculous hilarious questions about Canada.. so I'm going to share some Canadian knowledge with y'all.

So above was today's prompt!! I can't wait to learn more about Canada becuase I only know a little bit about.

Things I know about Canada...

1) Its located above the United States and is part of North America
2) I think it has a Maple Leaf on the Flag
3) Canadian's have really cool accents and say words like "Aye"
4) Robin Scherbatsky was from Canada

That's about it!!

So to our North Neighbor Faith -

1) What is your favorite historical fact about Canada?
2) What is your favorite thing in general about Canada?
3) What makes Canada better than the good ole' U.S. of A.?

Looking forward to the month of July!

I love the whole Robin Scherbatsky thing! That's the first thing I think of when I think Canada. Well, that and hockey!

Thanks for linking up, and thanks for making it hard on me.. haha ;)

1) What is your favorite historical fact about Canada?
Halifax (Nova Scotia) sends a large (VERY LARGE) Christmas tree to Boston every single year as a thank you for helping us out and saving so many lives when we had the 'Halifax Explosion'. It's not exactly 'historical', but I love it.

2) What is your favorite thing in general about Canada?
Everything. Seriously, I can't just pick one. Everyone is nice, we have beautiful scenery, freedom... and a million more things.

3) What makes Canada better than the good ole' U.S. of A.?
Well that's a hard question to answer. I'll just say because we're awesome ;)
